The third in our collection of limited edition, beautiful fine bone china mugs, has been designed using David Wyatt's stunning illustrations from Peter Pan and Peter Pan in Scarlet  Handmade at William Edwards’ factory in Stoke on Trent, the very heartland of the English ceramic industry, this limited edition of only 1000 mugs comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity.

This design features Peter Pan and Tinker Bell, with a quote from JM Barrie's classic book: "Do you believe in fairies?  Say quick that you believe!  If you believe, clap your hands!"

Peter Pan, the Boy Who Would Not Grow Up, has been helping children everywhere for over 80 years.  In 1929, JM Barrie gifted all his rights to Peter Pan to what was then the Hospital for Sick Children in Great Ormond Street. Since then, the hospital has received proceeds from stage productions, as well as from books and films. Barrie himself claimed that Peter Pan had been a patient at the hospital, and that “it was he who put me up to the little thing I did for the hospital”. Barrie had long been a supporter of the hospital and his exceptional gift was a natural expression of that support.
