This page should help answer any questions you have about shopping with GOSH Shop.

Important information about returns and refunds:

Even though the shop has temporarily closed, we're still able to process refunds as normal. If you would like to return an item or are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact our customer services team by e-mail or by calling supporter care on 0203 841 3131 . 1. Where else can I find the GOSH Shop?

Occasionally we’ll run pop up shops at some of our flagship charity events in London. Look out for us at Big GOSH charity events like RBC Race for the Kids. You’ll also find some of our product lines over in the Lagoon Shop and Charity Desk in the Hospital, but for now we're taking a short break to find a new home and refresh the shop.

2. I've not recieved my order, what can I do? 

GOSH Shop orders on a standard delivery service are currently being dispatched within three days of receipt. Our third-party fulfilment provider is currently working with the delivery service to find out more about postal delays and how they are being affected in different areas. For an update on your delivery status, to notify us of a missing delivery, or to request a refund, please contact supporter care on 0203 841 3131 or at (please quote your order ID).  

3. I've got an item that need's returning, what should I do? 

Please contact, as they'll issue you with an RMA number (this will speed up the refund process). The return address is GOSH Shop Gift Catalogue, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, 40 Bernard Street, London,WC1N 1LE. If you think your items faulty, or you've been sent the wrong item, please use our freepost address: Freepost RRGK-AXUH-YHCE. Please include your name and order reference, and ideally your RMA number.

4. Do you have a gift guide?

Yes! Our current issue is now out of print, to sign up to recieve next year's gift guide, please email

5. Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. When you’re ready to pay, you’ll be taken from the website and straight to our Sage Pay system where you can securely enter your card details.

We also accept cheques (postal orders only). Cheques should be made payable to Great Ormond Street International Promotions Limited (or GOSIPL). Refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details!

6. Do you accept CAF cheques?

Yes! However, we can only accept CAF cheques where you are solely making a donation. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept these cheques as a payment for any other product or service (this includes alternative gifts). Refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details!

7. What are the UK delivery terms?

Standard UK delivery is £3.95 (Your order will arrive within 7 -14 days). Due to current restrictions and Christmas postage delays, deliveries in some areas can take up to 28 days. Please refer to '2. I've not recieved my order, what can I do?' for more information. 

Next day UK delivery is £9.95 and 48-hour UK delivery is £6.95. Please order before 12.30 to guarantee next day delivery. 

The fee’s we charge for delivery help to cover the cost of postage and packaging, this means more money can go directly towards supporting the cause.

8. Can I place an order from outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver internationally!

Standard delivery to countries outside of the UK and inside the European Union is £15 (20 days).

Standard delivery to countries outside of the European Union is £20 (20 days).

Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to offer a fast track service on international deliveries.

9. I've purchased something online, how do I leave a review?

To review an item you’ve purchased from the shop you’ll need to log in to your account. Click ‘my account’ at the top of the page and scroll down to ‘my orders’ (or use the search bar) to find a product you’ve previously purchased. Click the + sign next to customer reviews and leave your feedback.

Leaving reviews on your favourite GOSH products helps others to find us faster.

10. I’ve got some ideas about what I’d like to see on the shop, how do I let you know?

We love hearing your ideas about what you’d like to see on the shop next. You can share this with us by clicking on the blue feedback button on the right-hand side of your screen. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll also be taken to short survey where you can let us know. 

11. Can I exchange or request a refund?

No problem! If you change your mind or find the product isn’t for you, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Unfortunately, cheque refunds take longer to process, normally you should expect your cheque refund within 28 days.

12. How do I know you’ve received my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order reference.

If you’ve registered an account, you’ll also be able to see any past or existing orders under ‘my orders’ by logging in and clicking my account at the top of the page.

13. What’s a ‘GOSH Virtual Gift’ and how does it work?

When you buy a GOSH Virtual Gift you are making a direct donation to the charity, usually on behalf of a friend, family, colleague or teacher.

Once you’ve chosen the gift, you can choose whether to send your gift card by post or email. Either way, your recipient will receive a personal note from you and information about the various way’s generous donations like yours will support the work of Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.

14. Can I Gift Aid my gifts?

If you’re a UK a taxpayer, you can gift aid your top up donation at no extra cost to you. Adding Gift Aid to your donation allows GOSHCC to reclaim 25p for every £1 donated (25% of the value of your donation, Gift Certificate or E-Card purchase) from HMRC.

You’ll be given the option to add a top up donation and confirm your taxpayer status at the checkout stage. If your taxpayer status changes at a later date, you’ll need to notify the charity.
