  1. How does the GOSH Shop support Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH)?

Profits from the GOSH Shop will go to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity) (registered charity no.1160024) to support the life-changing work of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust (GOSH). Please visit individual product pages to see the percentage/amount of the sale price that will go to GOSH Charity once product costs have been deducted.

  1. I've not received my order, what can I do?

GOSH Shop orders on a standard delivery service are currently being dispatched within three days of receipt. Our third-party fulfilment provider is currently working with the delivery service to find out more about postal delays and how they are being affected in different areas. For an update on your delivery status, to notify us of a missing delivery, or to request a refund, contact us at thegoshshop@linney.com  or by or by calling our customer services team on 0370 703 0608.  Always check our terms and conditions for up to date call charges and always quote your order ID!

  1. I've got an item that need's returning, what should I do?

You can arrange your refund by contacting us via email at thegoshshop@linney.com or by calling 0370 703 0608. All returns should be sent to Freepost GOSH CHILDREN’S CHARITY. Always check our terms and conditions for up-to-date call charges and always quote your order ID! 

  1. Do you have a gift guide?

Yes!  You can find out more here.

If you're not ready to place an order today, we can still deliver a copy of our gift guide free of charge. Please email thegoshshop@linney.com with the subject line "Gift Guide 2021" and your full address so we can ship it out to you.

  1. Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Regretfully, we can no longer accept cheques, this is due to new restrictions on our ordering system that won’t allow us to process your payment. Thank you for understanding. 

  1. What are the UK delivery terms?

Some of our items are shipped by the Royal Mail and may be affected by strikes. 

You can read about the dates of the strikes here. Please be assured that we’re continuing to process orders as normal, but that there might be delays in Royal Mail collections.

We've updated our service to ensure all orders up the the 19th of December are delivered on a first class service.

  • Next day UK delivery is £6.95. Please order before 10.00 to guarantee next day delivery.
  • Standard delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class, 2-3 working days (Mon-Sat)
  • Tracked delivery: Hermes Next-Day, 1 working day (Mon-Sat)
  1. Can I place an order from outside the UK?

Unfortunately, due to the impact of Brexit on postage and delivery we are unable to deliver GOSH Shop orders outside of the UK for the remainder of the year.

We only recently re-launched the shop after a challenging year which included an 8 month closure and other difficulties resulting from the covid-19 crisis. We do hope to reinstate international delivery as soon possible, but for now we’re focusing on delivering our service to the UK so that we can continue to support Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) as they deliver life-changing care for seriously ill children.

If you’re living outside of the UK, you can still support Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity and the GOSH Shop by leaving a donation.

  1. I've purchased something online, and want to provide feedback, how do I do this?

Unfortunately, we don’t yet accept reviews (although it’s something we’re working on!) For now, you can leave us your feedback by emailing thegoshshop@linney.com 

  1. Can I exchange or request a refund?

No problem! If you change your mind or find the product isn’t for you, you can contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Unfortunately, cheque refunds take longer to process, normally you should expect your cheque refund within 28 days.

  1. How do I know you’ve received my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order reference.

If you’ve registered an account, you’ll also be able to see any past or existing orders under ‘my orders’ by logging in and clicking my account at the top of the page.

  1. What’s a ‘GOSH Alternative Gift’ and how does it work?

When you buy a GOSH Alternative Gift you are making a direct donation to the charity, usually on behalf of a friend, family, colleague or teacher.

Once you’ve chosen the gift, we’ll send a lovely gift card with details about your donation and how it supports the work of this extraordinary hospital. 

Your donation will be used wherever the hospital needs it most, so whether you’ve picked Bear Ward (which looks after children with heart conditions) or Leopard Ward (which looks after children with respiratory conditions), you’re helping to give a seriously ill child the chance of a better future.

  1. How can I donate?

You can donate at the check-out or by clicking the blue button at the top of the page, your donation will be added straight to your shopping basket. Alternatively, if you’d prefer to leave a regular monthly gift, visit www.gosh.org/donate/

  1. Can add Gift Aidto my GOSH Shop donation?

Usually, If you’re a UK a taxpayer, you can gift aid your top up donation at no extra cost to you. Adding Gift Aid to your donation allows GOSHCC to reclaim 25p for every £1 donated (25% of the value of your donation, Gift Certificate or E-Card purchase) from HMRC.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have this option available, but we’re working on launching this option as soon as we can.

  1. Why can't I find your e-card collection?

E-cards are currently unavailable on the shop but we’re hoping to re-launch them for 2022. Sign up to our mailing list for news and further updates. 

  1. How do I get in touch with someone about my order?
